What MorePerfect stores
Your account email and authentication data let you sign in. Your age range, city and location coordinates, travel radius, budget, goals, selected services and topics help personalize your search. We also store the clinics and articles you save and information you submit in listing reports.
How your preferences are used
Preferences are used to calculate clinic matches and restore your search settings. Matching does not send your preferences to an AI model. Your session uses authentication cookies to keep you signed in.
Medical information stays outside MorePerfect
MorePerfect does not collect medical records, diagnoses, lab results, or wearable data as part of its features. Please do not include sensitive medical information in searches or listing reports.
Services that support the product
Supabase provides account authentication and data storage.
Mapbox provides maps and location lookup. Map requests and location searches outside the built-in city list are sent to Mapbox.
OpenAI also processes public provider website text to help prepare directory information for review.
Links to provider websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Your controls
Update your preferences and remove saved items at any time. You can permanently delete your account, preferences, and saved items from account settings.
